Making the most of the weather
Silver gulls (Larus novaehollandiae), a crested tern (Sterna bergii) and a little black cormorant (Phalacrocorax sulcirostris) trying to keep cool at Williamstown in Melbourne's west.
Taking a picture of the gulls was a doddle but I had almost as much difficulty photographing the hyperactive cormorant as I did Australasian grebes in other parts of Victoria and Queensland.
