Hi Snail As promised (a few days ago) I recounted Mr Darwin's travels to my colleagues as we went from the Nepean River, at Penrith, to the top of the Blue Mountains. We were on our way through to Mudgee. Thanks again for reporting his views, even if he was not impressed with Bathurst. Cheers Denis
Hop eyou enjoyed your journey. He was terribly down on the place but I suspect it was because the poor devil had been travelling for four years by this stage and just wanted to get home.
