This little Lumholtz's tree kangaroo fell out of a tree and broke a hind leg. Fortunately, he was found and taken to one of the wildlife carers who specialises in macropods. He's recovering from his accident and is well on the way to being reunited with mum.

Oh. My.
THAT is just about the cutest thing ever. Nothing so delightful seems to fall out of trees here.
:)
Definitely cute! And nice that humans are responsible for saving him - a change after the last story where you showed one dead from a dog attach!
Cute and positive news! It's a great combination.
Sherrie, I can imagine some of the things that might fall out of trees over your way ... and I'm scared.
jj, you betcha!
Mick, it's great that there are people around so dedicated to looking after the injured and orphaned. And he's such a lucky fellow that someone found him.
That is absolutely adorable and i too am grateful someone found him and got him the care he needs!
Thanks for the smile on "hump day."
I hope you are having a great week!
meggs.
Okay, Sherrie took the exact words out of my mouth. SO SO CUTE!!! Adorable creature, adorable snuggy container and little twig of leafy snack. Precious! =)
I think he's going to be my new computer wallpaper.
Haven't seen any tree roos around my garden lately, but he makes up for it!
Nice to see a tree kangaroo getting lucky...I hope the treatment and release are successful. To my way of thinking one can never have too many tree kangaroos in a blog!
This pic still makes me smile!
Still looking for tree roos in the garden, but it's definitely gone quiet.
