Oh, my. I think I just laughed tea all over my keyboard. I have a (non-possum) friend who does the exact same thing when we don't answer the door fast enough.
LOL! That is a FAB photo! I wonder if you scared him when you opened the door and that expression is really: AGHHH!!!!! Which makes me laugh even harder!
I don't want to jinx anything, but I am waiting for the post announcing he got in. Too funny!
Meggs, there was a difficult moment last week when his mum and I both realised that the bathroom window was open. I managed to slide the window shut just as she had her paws on the sill. That could have been interesting.

As long as it is still on the outside of the door every morning! I would be checking for holes to be sure.
I'm pretty sure I'd hear him if he got in. He wouldn't be able to contain himself!

Sherrie, this photo is still making me smile hours after I took it.
This little possum obviously has quite a sense of entitlement.
Chucky's got nothing on this poss! Be afraid, be very afraid.
I know! This little guy is very persistent.
"PEEK-A-BOO! it's about time you got up! now, what's for breakfast!??"

That is just wonderful!!
Just wants to be your bestest grillefriend.
Laura, at some point he'll work out that the screen door has a lever handle and then things will get very lively!
Oh, Tony! I'm not sure whether your puns are getting better or worse. Either way, I love 'em!
Many apologies, anonymous --- your comment got caught in the spam filter. Not sure why that happened.

I'm beginning to think he finds me as entertaining as I find him!

You've seen the look on his little furry face --- do you think he should have any coffee?!?!

Patricia, if there were a "problems that not everyone has" contest, I think it'd be a shoo in!
