Hi Snail, The first time I ever saw those Sun-loving moments exercised by the Scrub Turkeys and my Hens I had a heart lurch and ran to assist thinking something was wrong.
The moment to do the sun-drop is so sudden, the positions... well they look to me like a sort of collapse from injury... thankfully I smile now and enjoy seeing the bizarre positions achieved.

They do not look in the slightest bit comfortable and yet the turkeys happily doze off. I don't know --- they're strange birds!
