Okay. I've finished the lecture but not the notes to accompany it. If I get enthused later on this evening, I'll put them together. Otherwise, the first years will just have to write quickly. (I do have a bit of sympathy for them. Monday is a shocking day—back-to-back lectures and practicals. My two hours-worth is between 11am and 1pm, so they're hungry as well as confused. Mind you, so am I, which evens it out a bit.)
