Impressive bustard
Serendip Sanctuary is back in the bustard breeding business. This handsome fellow was strutting his stuff for the benefit of the girls but they didn't seem to be very interested. Their lack of attention did not deter him. He continued to shake his throat feathers, turning slowly to ensure everyone got an eyeful of his finery. He roared like a (distant) lion and boomed like an emu. There was no chance of missing him.
