Another quick post today because I've got a 9am deadline and I really should be concentrating on that.

Thought you might like this photo of Mocha, one of the joeys from this year's pademelon crop. His mum, Coffee, is highly-strung, but he is much more relaxed, especially on sunny afternoons. Although he doesn't hang around the house any more — the three adult males see to that — I occasionally glimpse him foraging along the edge of the driveway.

OOOOh...what CUTENESS! now that just makes me want to go outside and find a nice cool spot in the shade...with lots of cushioned grass....and take a nap!!
OH WAIT...i'm in florida! the land of fire ants, mosquitoes, ticks and all things crawling, biting & sucking!
never mind. BUT he looks so peaceful...
and like meggs said...i LOVE how you give all the creatures names...and can tell them all apart!!

No fire ants here or that many mosquitoes, but we can offer ticks and leeches to make up for that!
